When you tire of Seoul’s endless supply of snack carts, and the ddokboggie or corndogs stop sounding delicious, Chili’s is an excellent culinary alternative. This tiny hole in the wall serves up authentic south of the boarder tacos and burritos. Prices are cheap, but at least two are needed to fill ones belly. Cheerfully decorated in bright yellow, and a handful of Mexican accents, patrons fill up the 4-table restaurant on the weekends.
