Overview:

Minced, roasted sliced, fried, any possible way for garlic to be prepared finds its way on the menu of Mad for Garlic. Only the desserts escape untouched. Modeled after a wine cellar, Mad for Garlic’s Gwanghwamun location puts a sexy spin on the usual family style restaurant atmosphere. Wine glasses hang beneath dark track light fixtures, creating striking linear chandeliers running across the restaurant. Mad for Garlic’s pizzas are crispy and thin, salads hearty and plentiful. Fans of family style restaurants will enjoy the alternative to the steak house/party theme restaurants. Those still skeptical of the growing trend will appreciate a solid attempt to raise the bar for successful commercial cuisine. Five locations throughout Seoul, including Apgujeong, Yeoeidio, Samsung, and Gagnam.
