Overview:

With over 21 years experience, at age 41 Park is the youngest of the hotel chain’s Executive chefs. Diners are presented with a multi-page menu filled with enticing treats that would make any gastro snob drool. To avoid being overwhelmed may I suggest the set menu. Both the 5-course version (73,000 won) and the full 7-course meal (85,000) allow diners to sample a range of Season’s offerings. Even for me, a seven-course meal conjures up images of a banquet feast, but if you are new to multi-course dining rest assure that only the entrée is a full sized portion. The rest of the courses are original and artistic edible gifts offered from Season’s Executive chef Hyo Nam Park.
