I want to underline the sheer deliciousness of Clear Creek’s Apple Brandy (http://clearcreekdistillery.com/apple.html). I don’t doubt that everything they do is wonderful, but there is something about this particular Apple Brandy that completely underscores what it means to live in the northwest. It tastes exactly how you’d like a northwest apple orchard to taste at peak season. Great with one cube of ice in a small glass, sip and you’re there!
