My oh my, I certainly did kick off 2008 with a bang, and a wicked hangover.
I have much news to report and will do so soon, including Japanese new year’s soup, My first restaurant job, eating oysters off the beack in 32 degree F weather, and finally worming my way into Kathy Casey’s Food Studios.
