Red Mango

Red mango is not an ice cream shop. No, they serve the yummiest fruit yogurt in the world.

Perched on the seventh floor or Dongdaemoon’s mega shopping center Doota, Red Mango provides much needed respite from shopping fatigue in the form of a yogurt smoothie.

A recent visit to said shopping mall, found me ordering, out of culinary curiosity, ddok yogurt or was it yogurt ddok?

Ddok is a traditional sweet made with glutinous rice flour, usually filled with sesame seeds and sugar, red bean paste, or sweet potato paste. But the folks at Red Mango some how thought injecting gelatinous globs of coagulated yogurt into chewy green tea and black sesame ddok would taste good.
