Thank you! I am enjoying making them. Any suggestions for restaurants you’d like to see? Let me know.

Ummm… again at Sortino’s?
Or maybe that small French bistro behind the Hamilton Hotel. I’ve heard it’s terrific, but the one time I went there it was really poor… I need to give it a second chance, but it’s hard to muster the courage after that meal.

mussels at cigale! Man up and ask Prince Valiant, he won’t bite, he’s about 5 feet tall. And look at that hair. Fighting!

Mussels at Cigale. LOL. That’s what 90% of Koreans order there; what’s with the fear of the rest of the menu?

no fear, just don’t need to know how to tear iceburg for a “salad nicoise,” very disappointing. The mussels, the mussels the mussels! Then go to Saint-Ex for the soup scoop!

You have so captured the vibe and feel of the ‘Great Chefs’ series that I grew up with!
