Today maryeats begins a new series, In the Kitchen, getting a peek inside the kitchen of Seoul’s restaurants.
First up is Sortino’s, a popular Italian restaurant in Itaewon. The total running time of the video is a little over 6 minutes. Grab a glass of vino and enjoy.

I’ve been eating at Sortino’s with my girlfriend at least weekly since they opened. The best pasta is the porcini linguini. The steak and fish dishes are also top notch. Santino makes the other “Italian” restaurants in Itaewon look real bad. In fact, his food is world-class.
